Monctlaire Students Safer with Revolutionary Cell Phone Policy

Yesterday students at Montclair State University were required to carry cell phones with a tracking device at all times while at school. This is the first time a school has taken responsibility on itself to protect and prevent their students from being vulnerable to getting mugged or abducted.
